BOXER'S FATAL FALL
WASHINGTON, 6th March. Gartley Madden, the former wellknown heavyweight, whose only knockout came at the hands of Tunney, foil from, the Treasury buildings while sightseeing, and died from his injuries. He died penniless. He was en route to Now York; to meet his motherless son, after being 'unablo to arrange fights in the south.
