In the Lower Hutt Magistrate's Court on' Wednesday, before Mr. W. H. Woodward, S.M., judgment was given for the plaintiff for £5 in the defended civil case of K. J. M'Kinley v. ,T. C. Wright. About 200 people attended the first annual picnic at Pahautanui of Jenkins's Physical Culture School, together with tramwaynien, bus-drivers, and mechanics.
