ALLEGED PONY RACE FRAUD
(Received 7th March, 2 p.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Rumours current following a wia by Powcull at\the Rosebery pony race 3 on 22nd December, reached, a sensational climax with the arrest of the owner and trainer, Arthur Hebden, on a charge of obtaining £10 from the Rosebery Racing Club by false pretences. The police are now searching for the horse.
