MEMBERS ADDRESS MEETINGS

Reform members of Parliament have been addressing meetings of supporters and friends in the Bay of Plenty and Tauranga electorates during the week. They reached here on Wednesday night after addressing a meeting at Tcpuko in the afternoon. A representative meeting hero was addressed by Messrs. F.'Wuite, A. M. Samuel, A. W. Hall, and C. E..Macmillan, M.P.'s. The speakers dealt with tho aims and objects of the party and its sixteen years' performance, and . outlined the future policy. The following resolution was carried: —"This meeting desires to record its confidence in'the Right lion. J. G. Coatcs and tho Reform Party. The sound, progressive policy of the party is considered to be in the best interests of the people and tlio country and merits the confidence of the electors as a whole.'' •
