CAIRO, 19th December.

An international memorial is being raised at the burial place of Rupert Brooke on the Island of Skyros. M. Venezelos, Sir Percy Loraine, Mr. John Drinkwater, Mr. John Galsworthy, and M. Andre Maurois are patrons to the scheme, to which £300 has already been subscribed in Greece, where Brooke is regarded as another Byron.
