KAISER AND COMMUNIST
BERLIN, 19th December. "Die Weltam Abend," a Communist publication, in an unsigned article upon the ex-Kaiser at Doom, attributes to Wilhelm the following statement: "When I drive through the Brandenburg Gate in two or three years' time I soon will make an end of the Red ban." The Red ban is a Communist badge. The paper adds that the exKaiser regards his stay at Doom as leave.
