The Durenda, en route from Calcutta, is reported to have sailed from Singapore yesterday for Sydney, Auckland, and Wellington. MITTELMEER PUTS BACK TO LOS ANGELES. The Atlantic Union Oil Co. advises that the German oil tanker Mittelmeer developed engine trouble while crossing the Paciflc, and put back to Los Angeles, where the necessary repairs are being effected. The Mittelmeer is now scheduled to sail again on about 22nd December for Auckland, Wellington, and Australia. &he is due at Auckland on 16th January. SURREY IN THE STREAM. The Federal liner Surrey, which arrived at Wellington to-day from Australia, will remain in the Stream until 24th December, when sho will move up to her berth and commeuce her Homeward loading.
