PROCEDURE WITH TREATY
DOMINIONS INFORMED
(Eeceived 19th December, 2.15 p.m.) LONDON, 18th December. In the House of Commons, Mr. W. Lunn, TJnder-Seeretary for the Doming ions, said that as soon as Mahmud Pasha's proposals for an AngloEgyptian Treaty were in a sufficiently; concrete form the Governments of Australia and New Zealand were notified of them, and they would be kept fully; informed of all subsequent developments. < '■■
