OLD NAVALS CLUB
The Old Navals Rifle Club fired the third shoot for the Hugo Cup, and the second shoot for the second series at Trentham on Saturday, at ranges 800. and 900 yards. The weather was good, but a choppy, wind required very close attention, and outers and "birds" are to be found in most of the scores. At 800 yards Standidge topped the scoring with a splendid 49, followed by M'Manus with 47 and Franklyn 45. At 900 yards M'Manus was top with 45. The following are the scores: — 800 900 • yds. yds.
