SALE OF SECTIONS.
There was a-very large attendance on the Sunshine :Estate, Karori, on Saturday afternoon, when Messrs. Finch, Webster, and Oswin and Gordon Harcourt, acting in conjunction, submitted to auction 28 building sites in the estate, which is situated on the city side of Karori Park, and within about two minutes' walk from the main road. The sections "offered comprised flat and slightly terraced land. Keen interest was displayed, and bidding for a number, of the lots was very keen. The following were sold: —Lot 42, £300; Lot 55, £280; Lot 44, £240; Lot 45, £200; Lot 46, £195; Lot 50, £150, and Lot 43, £280. The sales amounted to £1645. The joint agents anticipate selling a number of the unsold lots within the next few days. The prices range from £150 to £285.
