ALLEGED NEGLIGENT DRIVING

HAMILTON, This Day. As the result of the death of a swagger, Oscar Larsen, aged 57, Noel D. Robertson, service car driver, was today committed to the Supreme Court for trial on a charge of negligent driving, causing death. At the inquest on Thursday the Coroner said he considered that Larsen's death was attributable to the failure of Robertson to keep a proper lookout.
