GISBORNE, This Day. ihe_ creditors in tho bankrupt estate of Ellis Fenwick Martin, a pastrycook, siter a critical examination of the bankrupt's affairs, passed a resolution that in view of the fact that the bankrupt had obviously incurred the debts without reasonable expectation of paying them, and as he had apparently riot kept proper books, that the facts of the case be placed before the Crown Prosecutor with a view to proceedings being taken under the penal clauses of the Bankruptcy Act.
