AUCKLAND, This Day. The weather is line and there is a large attendance for the Auckland Trotting Club's Spring Meeting. The track is in fair order after heavy rain. Results:— Waitemata Handicap, of 250 sovs; 3.43 class; one mile and a half.—l Tamahine, 12yds bhd, 1'; 4 Paradigm, 36yds bhd, 2; 8 Linnet the Great, 48yds bhd, 3. All started. Won by a neck. Time, 3min 38 l-ssec. Improvers' Handicap, of 250 sovs; 3.36 class; one mile and a" half.—3 Haroto, scr, 1; 5 My Thorpe, scr, 2; 6 Wrackeen, 36yds behind, 3. Scratched: Gold Seam, Man-o-bell, Student Prince, Nel de Beau. Won by two lengths.' Time, 3min 30 2-ssec. Spring Handicap, of 750 sovs; 4.33 class; ' two miles.—l Wrackler, 24yds bhd, 1; 3 Jean M'Elwyn, 24yds bhd, 2; 7 Native Prince, 48yds bhd, 3. Scratched: The Abbey, Linkman, Peter Bingen.
