(iieceived 3rd June, 1 p.m.) LONDON, 2nd June. The Archbishop of Canterbury says: "I will only permit myself to say that if Mr. Eamsay Mac Donald forms a Government, the English State and the English Church will again pass under the rule of Scotsmen."
