' , LONDON, Ist June. _ It is understood that present indications are that Sir Austen Chamberlain will attend the League Council at Madrid on 10th June, probably going to Madrid on 4th June to attend a preOouncil Committee meeting to consider the report of the Sub-Committee on Minorities, which recently met in London. Sir Austen Chamberlain's chairmanship is the most important question of the Madrid agenda.
