MOSCOW, Ist June. The Soviet Press interprets the election as a complete condemnation of the Conservative policy. The "Isvestia" prophesies .the reversion of Britain's foreign policy. The "Ekonomiskaia Ehizhn" says the electors voting against it indirectly endorsed the Soviet's struggle for peace and disarmament.
