ROME, Ist June. "II Tevere" welcomes the result of the elections, and says a British Labour Government cannot continue an AngloFrench, collaboration tending to consolidate a European, hegemony. The effects of the new international and political situation will be felt at Geneva, in the Balkans, and especially in Paris. Labour must now grapple with tho unemployment problem.
