KARORI FLOWER SHOW.
The Karori Autumn Show, which is to be opened by Sir John Luke next Wednesday afternoon, promises to be even more successful than last year. The chrysanthemum classes will again be keenly contested by Hutt, Wellington, and local growers, including many exquisite blooms to be exhibited by Mr. S. Kirkcaldie (Mr. J. Bell, gardener), similar to those which were so much admired last season. The entries in the vegetable section will be a record, and cut flowers, decorative and other classes, will be well tip to standard.
