AUCKLAND CITY LOAN
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. Authority to accept an offer by the Bank of New Zealand to take up £200,000 of city debentures, being the balance of the £400,000 Waterworks Extension Loan sanctioned in 1926, was given by the City Council last night. The loan is for 33 years at 5 per cent., and will bo issued at £96 Is 3d per cent. The not cost to the council is, £5 5s per cent. ,
