LONDON,. 11th March.
The "Daily Telegraph's" Berlin correspondent states that the dilatory, inconclusive proceeding!! of the Reparations Conference may lead to the downfall of Dr. Stresemann... Never has Dr. Stresemann's stock "stood so low. Good judges of politics express the opinion that he has no more than three months of office. Hia only firm supporters are Labour people.. He has lost his hold upon the People's Party, and a.formidable section of the Centre resents his so-called policy of vacillation between France and Britain or Moscow and the West. The critics consider that Dr. Strcsemann should bid for the friendship of France and seek an understanding with Britain, even if it means jettisoning Russia. The Centre considers that as a result of Dr. Stresemann's policy Germany has now no trustworthy friends anywhere.
