. NEWCASTLE, This Day. With a largo black snake coiled round his leg and its fangs buried in his 'thigh, .Norman ,Snowies, a boy: of eleven, -stood terrified in the bush, imablo to move. A friend's dog rushed to his assistance, grabbed the- suake by the tail, and pulled it away. The dog had just previously killed several snakes. The bojr's condition is not serious. , '
