SYDNEY, This Day. It is rumoured at Canberra that fcho Federal Attorney-General, Mr. Latham, contemplates the prosecution of colliory owners for causing a lock-out of minors. Official confirmation is lacking, but inquiries-have been made into the allegations by miners that a lockout oc-Sui-rcd.

Six coal-carrying steamers will be laid up during the week in Sydney as the result of the strike.
