(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, This Day.. The directors of the' New Zealand Drug Company recommend a dividend of Ws per cent, and a bonus of 2 per tent., making 10 per cent, for the year. It was also resolved to capitalise £53,000 from the reserves, issuing to the shareholders one bonus shnre paid up to £2 for every ten shares now held.
