NEW MAGISTRATE
MR. P. H. HARPER
Cabinet approved this morning of the appointment to. the Magistracy of Mr. Philip ifamilton Harper, of Levin, to fill the vacancy caused by tho retirement at the end of February of Mr. George Cruickshank, of Invercargill.
It has not yet been decided in what district Mr. Harper will serve on the Bench.
