The complete breakdown of-the revolutionary movement at Vera Cruz and other parts of Southern Mexico wsja reported on. Thursday. While the rebeds in the north continued a drive towards Juarez, where a handful- of Federal troops is awaiting them, General Aguirre, the rebel commander at Verp, Cruz, is believed to have fled by sequ Of the three revolutionary leaders, tw<» are reported defeated and the thin^ General Borquez, of Sonora, is planning a southward movement. The Gov« ernment has recovered the cities of Monterey, Cordoba, Saltillo, Orizaba, and Jalapa. Vera Cruz has virtually been captured. The naval forces have notified the Government of their loyalty. The first north-bound train from Mexico City since the revolution lefit last night. Precautions are being taken at El Paso (Texas) in the event at fighting at Juarez, across the border. The 7th United States Cavalry 'at Fort Bliss was under orders to .move to-day; with full field equipment. ■
