Junior A. Old Boys defeated University by 59 runs on the first innings. Old Boys, first innings 310 an.d second innings 185 (Eton 16, Stevenson 32, Keegan 19, M'Guire 27, Dv Chateau 14, Hankins 14, Mitchell 10, Barclay 18 not out). University made 251 (Dorner 87, Arndt 14, Paetz 35, Chadwick 45, Caldwell 18, Middlebrook 13 not out). Bowling: For Old Boys, Barclay took six for 45; for University, in Old Boys' second innings, M'Clure three for 21, Dormer two for 22, and Campbell two for 18. ■ Junior C. Wellington, 250 and 173 for five wickets (E. Ward 28, h\ Glasgow 90 not out, Sheddan 32); "Evening Post" 88 and 329 for eight wickets (L. Hanratty 133 not out, G. Freeman 65, R. Hornblow 34, B. Blundell 28, H. Nickless 19, J. D. Howitt 15, J. Hanratty 14). Bowling: For Wellington, Glasgow .three for 111, Ward two for 67, Rowden two for 69, J. O'Shea one for 40; for "The Post," W. Hanley one for 52 L. Hanratty one for 17, H. Nickless one for 1, B. Blundell one for 41. Wellington won by five wickets. Junior D. Institute, 117 and 111 for six wickets, scored a four-point win over JohnfeoDville, 149 and 69^ f .
