LONDON, 29th January. Captain Cyril Benson, commander of the 4th Destroyer Flotilla since 1926, who received the D.S.O. and bar for his services in tho Navy in tho war, has been recommended for the position of Captain of the Jervis Bay Naval Collego of tho Australian Navy.
