LONDON, 29th January.

Street explosions and bursts continue. There have been eloveii in London in the last seventeen days. The "Daily News" has introduced a standing headline, "The Daily Burst." Today's occurred in The Strand, where a hydraulic main forced up tho pavement, with smaller bursts in neighbouring streets. The water flooded basel ments, stopped traffic, and destroyed the paving in Arundel street.
