STRAND THEATRE.
"Revenge," the new Dolores Del Kio picture, is now being shown at the Strand Theatre. The story offers tho star a romantic character role entirely different from her previous portrayals. The themo of tho Bercovici story,
"The Bear Tamer's Daughter," offered a new outlet for Miss Del Rio's varied talents. Oarewe purchased tho story from Bercovici and commissioned Finis Fox to write' a scenario around the idea so as to tako full advantage of Miss Del Eio's versatility. Box, who had written two former stories for the Mexican star, knew her needs and Immediately set himself upon tho task of writing a colourful story of gipsy lure. The result is "Revenge," produced ami directed by Careive lor United Artists with Miss Pel Itio In the fiery role of Rascha, the gipsy queen of bear tamers. Cood supports will also be screened, and appropriate music is played by the orchestra.
