(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, iOtli January. Acting under instructions from the directors of. the Victoria Insurance Company, Mr. H. ,"R. Harper,,, general manager in JJew Zealand^ is. now making arrangements to change'the'headquarters of'the New Zealand office from Dunedin to Auckland. The change-over is more or less a formal affair, and has been decided on by the jlirectors in order to effect a re-arrange-ment of the internal affairs of the company..- The businesses of the various branches in New Zealand will not be interfered with in any way whatever, biit Mr. Harper will remove from Dunedin to Auckfanc|. It may be added that the Victoria Insurance Company's activities in the Dominion were commenced in Dunedin many years ago, and its operations have extended very largely since then.
