REPARATIONS REPAYMENTS (Received Bth December, 12.45 p.m.) BERLIN, 7th December. The Agent-General for Reparations, in a statement'of the payments of the fifth annuity for the year ending 30th November, states thfit tho total payments are £36,881,000, of which France received £13,699,000, Belgium £1,382,----000, the United States £1,055,000, and the British • Empire £6,248,000. The amounts, are subdivided as follows: — Army occupation £220,000; reparations £4,360,000, and cash transfers £1,663,000.
