DEAL IN MOTORS
CONSPIRACY ALLEGED (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) , CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. A case in which conspiracy was alleged, and which arose- out of- tho affairs of George Wilcox, of Ashburton, a motor dealer, was heard to-day by : Mr. Justice Adams. The plaintiff was Dominion Motors, Ltd., with which Wilcox had largo transactions, and the defendants wero John Fleming, of Cheviot, father-in-law of Wilcox,, and Mrs. Fleming. The plaintiff claimed £2000 damages. Tho statement of claim alleged that Wilcox was still indebted (to Dominion Motors for £4296, and "that he' had gained credit by presenting a guarantee signed by Mrs. Fleming, and saying it was the signature of the father-in-law. Counsel said that Mr. Fleming was freed from the allegations of conspiracy. -
