NEW HIGH COMMISSIONER
British Oftir'ai Wireless. (Received 23rd November, 10 a.m.) iiUGBY, 22nd November. The appointment of Professor Timothy Sinitldy, the Irish Free State Minister at Washington, to the vacant post of High Commissioner in London, in succession to Mr. James M'Neill, now Governor-General, was announced in the Dail yesterday.
