OTAGO SHOW
(By Telegraph.—lV ;a Association.) DUNKDIN, 22nd November. The iimiiial (Summer Show of the Otago A. anil P. Society was concluded to-day in good weather. The attendance was about 11,000, and the gate takings £482. The entries were better than those of last and the quality of the stock, especially sheep, showed' a great improvement. South Island championships were awarded as follow:— Friesinns.—Male: W. Y. Dickie and Sons (Mataura). Female: T. R. Eades (Edendale). Ayrshire.—Male: Gillies Bros. (Hanipden). Female: A. E. Wright (Edendale). A distinguished visitor to the show was Viscount Hampden, who was accompanied by Viscountess Hampden and his daughter, the Hon. Barbara Brand.
