Yesterday's concert at tlio Sailors' Friend Society was a dolißhlfi.l one in the hands of Mrs. Martyn Williams who was ably helped by a strong party ot performers 'L'ho performers were Mesaamos M'Donald, Dnif, Reynolds, and M Williams JLisses Clarice Bead, .Tean Dull, and Gladys Gunu: Messrs. Hortpu and !. Smith, and Masters X and K. Reynolds. "Airs M'Donald was at the piano borne fine'work was done in the competitions, the prizes coming from well-wishers, aud went to the Matakana and Ulunaroa.
