GOVERNOR OF MADRAS
British Official Wireless. (Received 10th October, 11 a.m.) RUGBY, 15th October. . With His Majesty's approval the Secretary of State for India has invited Viscount Gosfihen, who will complete his live years' tenure of the Governorship of Madras on 13th April next, to continue to serve in India till the autumn of 1929. Lord Goschen has consented to do so.
