SERIOUS HAVOC REPORTED British Official Wireless. (Received loth September, 11 a.m.) RUGBY, 14th September. A hurricane has swept the West Indies and serious havoc is reported. A telegram from , the Administrator of Dominica to the Colonial Office, dated yesterday, states that it is impossible to estimate tho damage for several days, but it is feared to bo heavy. All the jetties have been destroyed, and heavy damage caused to the seafront. No communications are possible with country districts. The Governor of tho Leeward Islands reports consider-, able damage to houses throughout the Islands, but the details are not yet available. ■
