LEGER STAKES (run at Doncastor), of 4000 soys (for three-year-olds); about one mile and six furlongs. Lord Derby's b c Fairway, by Phalaris—Seapa Flow 1 J. Wittouck 's eh c Palais Royal 11., by Beuleur —Puntanas 2 J Courtauld's eh c Cyclonic, by Hurry On-—Volcanic 3 There were thirteen starters. Won by a length and a half, with a length separating second and third horses.
