The track was holding after yesterday's rain. Reesults: — Maiden Race, of 175 soys; six furlongs. —-i Cashier, 7.7, 1; 1 The Warden, 7.7, 2; 3 Teremoana, S.O, 3. Scratched: Upoko. Won by half a length. Time, lmin 16 l-ssee. Okehu Handicap Hurdles, of 225 soys; one milo and three-quarters.—2 Gaze, 11.1, 1; 8 Vexatious, 9.9, 2; 10 Glenguriff, 9.0, 3. Scratched Ballyfarnon. Won by a length. Time, 3min lscc. Putiki Hack Race, of 200 soys; one mile and 110 yards.—4 Vigilance (B. C. Brown), 7.11, 1; 7 Flying Shot, 7.9, 2; 2 Moorgas, 8.0, 3. All started. Won by a length. Time, lmin 49 3-ssec. Seafield Handicap, of 225 soys; seven furlongs.—2 Partaga (B. H. Morris), 8.12, 1; 7 Te Koroke, 7.8, 2; 1 Pangolin, 8.4, 3. Scratched: Olympic. Won by a head. Time lmin 32 3-ssec.
