There is a, good laughter programme at the Do luxe Thoatre, where "Tho Patsy," a story of homo life, in which tho love affairs of several members of tho household, particularly of Patricia, provido nearly all tho fun. With Marlon Davies in tho title role and a large cast of clever players In support, together with some excellent settings, llttlo Is left to be ileslred. Tho plot deals with the 'ove aiValrs of Patricia Harrington, the rather plain little daughter, who has most of tho unpleasant tasks of house put upon her, and Is a regular Cinderella. There are several other good pictures on tho programme Princess Te I'uea and her Maori maids and warriors enter upon their second week their popularity ueing as great as ever. Their ualtas and rhythmic dancing, together with melodious singing, is again a star turn, the most effective Itom being that which depicts the Talnul canoe. supposed to havo Orst brought the Maoris to tho shores of New Zealand. An exhibition of play with a spear and other Items dealing with the life of the Natives In their own centres provide an entirely satisfying contribution to tho programme. The music Is bright and tuneful. Reginald Denny's latest success, "Good Morning, Judge," will commence, showing at the Do Luxe Theatre on Friday evening next with a matinee on Saturday at 2.30. This comedy Is regarded as tho best the popular' star has made. Denny's pictures usually have hundreds of now laugh situations, but his new production may be credited with having outdone the others Associated with Denny in "Good Morning, Judge," are Mary Nolan Dorothy Gulliver, Otis Harlan and Bull Montana. The supporting programme includes a splendid cartoon and latest International News Orchestra De Luxe, and The Wurlltzer. The box plans aro now open at the Bristol Piano Company and Altken's Book Arcade.
