SHIPMENT OP BULK OIL.
The Norwegian tanker Andrea, with G4OO tons of crude oil In bulk for the Shell Oil Company arrived at Wellington at noon yesterday and berthed at Burnham Wharf later In the afternoon to commence discharge. The Andrea left Tarakan on 20th August, and moderate seas with south-east winds. Off the Australian coast a north-west gale which veered round (o the south-west with heavy rimmost till the vessel's arrival at Wellington. The Andrea was built as a cargo ship for tlio lirltlsli Admiralty In 1918, and was known as the War Expert. She was not used In active service, however, and was sold to the Anglo Saxon Oil Company, who converted her into a (anker, and renamed her Anomia. She was then transferred »<i her present Norwegian owners, who uavo the vessel the name of Andrea. Tlio tanker is now under charter to her former owners the Anglo-Saxon Oil Company. Captain S. L.
