A match between the Maoris and the New South Wales team is to be played at Wellington on 22nd September. The following players have been selected to represent the Maoris:— Backs: G. Nepia (East Coast), J. M'Kenzie (Bay of Plenty), D. Pelham (Wellington), Riki Jury (Wairarapa), L. Paewai (Auckland), R. Bell (Southland), J. Mill (East Coast), W. Turei (Auckland), and H. Harrison (East Coast). Forwards: S. Gemmell (Hawkes Bay), Ua Earoa (East Coast), J. Leach (East Coast), W. Wilson (Hawkes Bay), W. Reside (Wairarapa), W. Rika (North Auckland), J. Gemmell (Hawkea Bay), J. Pine (Wanganui), M. Rika (North Auckland), and ]). Tutuna (Jlanawhenua).
