AN ALLEGED "FRAME-UP" (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. Alex Burr, licensee of the- Huapai Hotel, was fined the minimum, £20, on each of four charges of selling liquor not truo to label. On four similar charges John Q. M'Gregor pleaded not guilty. The defenco was a denial of adulteration. There had been trouble with an employee, who had since been dismissed.. Wh on ho heard that samples had been taken, M'Gregor went to the Health Department, and stated that there had been a framo-up. Decision was reserved.
