There aro seven New Zealand Chambers of Commerce affiliated to tho Federation of Chambers of Commerce of the British Empire, thoso of Auckland, Napier, Hastings, Wellington, Ohristchurch, Dnncdhr, and Invorcargill; three of these have nominated representatives in London to the council of the federation:—Auckland, Mr. A. Rowlands;, Hastings, Sir James Parr; Christchm-ch, Mr. Robert Mill.' The Wellington Chamber of Coinnierco is now considering the appointment of a representative, as it is preferred that overseas Chambers of Commorco should nominate a resident of London, where the council meets.
