LADIES' HOCKEY ASSOCIATION
A meeting of the. Wellington Ladies' Hockey Association was held on Tuesday evening, Miss H. Kitto presiding.. A letter was received from' the New Zealand Association- advising -that the annual tournament is to be held at Tiniaru.. The question of entering a tcatri was left over to the next meeting to decide. A request from the -'Varsity Club for permission to change their style, of uniform was granted. ; '.; j . _. A letter was received from tho Huia Club asking whether a player avlio had played against their, senior B team in a recent match had been transferred from senior A, in which grade Bhe had already played three games. It was decided to advise the Hutt Club that no player can be transferred to a lower grade without permission being first obtained from the association. Hutt were given permission to transfer one player from senior A to senior B, and two players from senior I! to junior A. ■ Swifts were given permission to transfer one player from,senior A to senior B. _ '',-' Ilutt were granted permission to play friendly games With Grey town on 14th July. . ■ ■'■ , ....:■■'■ >"■■ ; .
