HARBOUR BOARD CONTRIBUTION The Wellington Harbour Board decided last night that, subject to legislative authority being obtained by the Citizens' Committee,- it* would pay | out of its Harbour Fund the sum of £5000 towards the cost of erecting a National Art Gallery and Dominion Museum on* the Mounts Cook site, City 'of Wellington, the payments to be made, after validation, in five annual sums !of £1000 each, or at any earlier period that may be required.
