ITALY AND RUMANIA
BETTER RELATIONS (United Press Association.—Copyright.) SOME, 26th Jan. Importance is attached to the visit of M. Titulescu, the Bumanian Foreign Minister. He has already had two conversations with Signor Mussolini, who is most anxious to improve diplomatic relations with Bumania, which seemed lately to be veering more and more towards Paris, as the nerve centre of the Little Entente. Moreover, negotiations for a trade agreement have been long held up, as difficulty has been experienced in arranging for Italy to purchase Rumanian oil under conditions mutually satisfactory. M. Tituloscu has issued a statement that he is certain al> difficulties could be smoothed out. Trade parleys are being resumed on a more satisfactory basis, and there is no clash of diplomatic interests.
