MAGISTRATE'S COURT
'Air. •{. 11. Salmon, S.M., presided at todiiy's sitting of the Magistrate's Court. The iliel't of a number of railway tickets, valued at £5 4s, the property of the Now Zealand Government, from the Poriruii railway station during the absence of the tablet porter, was admitted by Parau Henure. alias Harry Joseph Wilson, apced 31. He was sentenced to one month's imprisonment. In the Magistrate's Court to-day, Frank Eddie, who was charged with being in a state of intoxication while in charge of a motor-car, was fined £10.
