(United Press Association.—Copyright.) (Eeceived 7th January, noon.) . LONDON, 6th January. Mr. J. H. Thomas, M.P., in a speech' to railwaymon, declared that the Coalition Cabinet once decided on nationalisation of the British railways, but the policy was reversed in favour of grouping.
