-' WANGANUI, This Day, The weather.:was threatening yesterday for the commencement of the annual .match between Wanganui Collegiate School and Wellington College. The home eleven batted first, and had eight wickets down for 261 when-rain stopped play. The visitors', fielding-was exceptionally keen, and their wicketkeeper saved many runs. Giesen, who was the top scorer with HO, is the second batsman to make a century in these matches, of . which Wellington College has won 16 and Wanganui 10. Bunny and Giesen put on 153 for the first wicket. Scores:—
